Our AquaRun gives you the same cardio fitness without the added wear and tear on your body from hitting the hard pavement. You chose your course between shallow water runs, deep waters runs, or both. This is self-training program, so feel free to bring whatever water-approved training gear you need to get ‘er done!
For the safety of others and our pool, you must bring clean shoes designated only to Aquatic Beats and Aqua Run. Shoes that are dirty or have been worn outside are not allowed.
