Learn-to-Swim
Beginner, Levels 1 - 2
We help you begin your swim journey with comfort, safety, and confidence. Levels 1–2 guide adults who are new to the water or overcoming water-related fears. You'll build the trust and skills to move freely and fearlessly in the water during 10 focused lessons with our highly qualified coaches.
Learn-to-Swim
Intermediate & Fitness Swimming Program,
Levels 3 - 6
Ready to move beyond the basics? Levels 3–6 help you refine strokes, build endurance, and train for lifelong fitness. Whether you're swimming for health, recreation, or your first open water race, these levels offer structured support and clear progression at your own pace.


Advanced Swimming &
Water Mastery
Level 7
We'll take your skills to the next level. Level 7 introduces rescue-based drills, distance training, and Masters-style coaching to build your strength, precision, and confidence in the water. This level suits swimmers training for events or developing mentoring skills.
Open Water Swim
Recreation, Swim Event & Triathlon Training
Our open water swim program helps you move beyond the pool and connect with nature. We prepare adults to safely and confidently swim in lakes and outdoor settings. You'll practice sighting, pacing, and group swimming while building strength and joy in open water.
