In Their Own Words...

INTRODUCTION TO AQUATIC SKILLS
This is the starting point for adults with little to no swim experience or those overcoming past water fears. In a supportive environment with in-water coaches, you’ll build comfort and confidence through small, steady steps. By learning to float, glide, breathe, and move with basic arm and leg actions, you’ll establish the foundation for a safe and joyful swim journey.
